Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to experience your fragrance before deciding whether it is right for you.
Testing Your Fragrance
You may open the 50ml bottle and use a few sprays to test the fragrance.
The bottle must otherwise remain in its original condition and must not be excessively used, emptied, refilled, diluted, altered, damaged, or tampered with.
Return & Exchange Conditions
If the fragrance does not suit you, you may request a return or exchange within the following conditions:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to IRIS.
Product Condition
The 50ml bottle must remain substantially full and in its original condition, aside from the few sprays permitted for testing.
The product is not eligible for a refund or exchange if it shows signs of:
- —Excessive use or significant depletion
- —Refilling or dilution
- —Tampering or manipulation
- —Damage or alteration
Inspection
All returned products are inspected upon arrival. If the product does not meet the conditions above, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchange
Approved exchanges will be processed subject to product availability. The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery
All Cash on Delivery orders are delivered sealed.
For security and product-integrity reasons, packages cannot be opened or inspected before payment.
After payment and delivery, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with this policy, provided the product meets all eligibility requirements.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
The refund method and any applicable deductions will depend on the original payment method and applicable conditions.
